She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from Brigham Young University, where she also competed as a Division I pole vaulter and worked as a nutrition assistant for the BYU football team, helping fuel athletes at the highest level. A NASM Certified Personal Trainer and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, Maren has worked as both a health coach and personal trainer, guiding clients toward lasting changes in weight, energy, and strength.
At Palo Duro Aesthetics, she partners with clients through convenient telehealth visits — supporting weight-loss patients with high-protein, muscle-preserving nutrition and offering personalized workout programming for those who want to take it further.
